Nobody likes me
Everybody hates me
Going down the garden to eat worms
Long thin slimey ones
Short fat squashy ones
Gooey gooey gooey gooey worms
Bite the heads off
Suck the juice out
Thow the skins away
No one know how I survive on a hundred worms a day!
OK - I didn't eat them - just took their photos while turned the compost heap!

At the car wash

I've been meaning to do this for ages - finally today I had my little camera in my bag. However, the boy operating the wash did not seem to be in full control of the machine and, in spite of paying for the top notch programme, I did not get the blue, pink and yellow foam which I think would have made a great picture. Perhaps I'll ask to go around again for free!

Its taken most of the day to make this cake which contains three big bars of chocolate and half a pints of double cream...time to renew the resolutions!

It's grim down South!

Can't believe its over a week since I posted! Life has been mega hectic with work - meetings, printing deadlines, new business coming in - and home - with kids off doing shows, swimming, football, a guitar course. I have actually been taking lots of photos tho and quite a few for work. These are some taken today (after a 2 hour drive down to Luton) of a regeneration project. Needless to say these are the"before" shots!

It was a cold dull and rather bleak day yesterday - good to get out for a walk but rather flat for taking photos. Black and white gives much more drama to the landscape I think.

Norfolk whiteout!

The blizzards forecast for days finally arrived this morning. As usaul we Brits were unprepared and mayhem ensued. Geoff and I took to the village with our cameras to record it all (one of the benefits of being self-employed!). Hard to imagine that in just two months the pond could look like it does in the final shot - the last shot was taken on 12th May !
