I have currently raided the local libary for books on the subject (and photography in general) and one of the tips was on that on sunny days with lovely blue skies you should take lots to get a few skies "in the bank". An interesting concept! I then remebered a series of photos that I took a couple of summers ago of some fields of poppies but was disappointed by the pics as the sky was too grey. So I set to work finding a better sky to see what I could do. Woke up early on sunday morning - in spite of being out late at a party the night beforeand couldn't get back to sleep thinking of the fantastic shots I'd missed on Friday morning. Typically the frost was nowhere near as hard so tried to capture the mood of the churchyard. It was amazingly peaceful - apart from when the rooks flew over headjust before the sun came over the horizon.
